Fantastic Dining Options

During my stay in October 2024, I enjoyed the diverse dining experience at Mai Khao Lak. The food quality was impressive, and I found the themed buffet nights particularly good, showcasing a variety of international cuisines. The staff at the restaurants were always eager to ensure that my experience was enjoyable. It was wonderful to have multiple options available each evening. I found it worthwhile to explore the nearby beach restaurants too, which offered authentic Thai food at great prices. I highly recommend trying the local places after crossing the old wooden bridge!

Relaxing Spa Experience

I had a superb experience at the spa in November 2024. The atmosphere was serene, and the treatments offered were relaxing and replenishing. I enjoyed a 60-minute foot massage which was incredibly therapeutic, costing me only 450 baht. I appreciated the cleanliness of the spa and the staff's attentiveness during the treatment. I even opted for a couple's massage where my partner and I were taken to a private hut, enhancing the experience even further. It was the perfect way to unwind amid our busy vacation schedule.

Comfortable and Spacious Rooms

In March 2025, I stayed in a swim-up adult-only room which was simply fantastic. The layout was spacious with a separate living area and a comfortable bed, ensuring great sleep after busy days. I especially loved the beach bag and large beach mats provided in the room; they were perfect for our trips to the beach. The turn-down service added a nice touch to our stay, making sure we always returned to a clean and tidy room.

Great Entertainment for Everyone

In December 2025, I was pleasantly surprised by the entertainment options available at the resort. There were daily activities for both adults and kids. My children especially loved the kids' movies scheduled in the afternoon and evening, complete with popcorn! It was excellent for letting the little ones unwind after a long day in the sun. The adult pool area also featured a swim-up bar with live music in the evening, making our stay enjoyable and lively.

Mai Khao Lak was a lovely resort where we enjoyed our honeymoon. The staff were notably helpful and welcoming, and we loved the spacious deluxe room with a great view of the pool area.
